Your jewel will gain a new life. It will go through a casting process to return to the purest state and be transformed into a new piece of jewelry. Carrying out this process reduces mining and the pollution caused by it and by distribution resources.

2 - HOW DO I KNOW MY JEWELRY IS SILVER?

Jewelry contains some marks that indicate the type of metal and attest to its quality.
If your piece is engraved with any of the following symbols/inscriptions, then your jewelry is silver.

3 - HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY VOUCHER?

Your voucher will be provided by email and will contain a code that will be associated with your customer account. You can use it at any time, with no expiration date or minimum order value.

4 - HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?

Contact us using the form below, indicating your intention to recycle your jewelry. Wait for our contact via email with the authorization form.
The form - duly completed - must accompany your jewelry upon shipping. As soon as we recognize your piece, your voucher will be available within 48 hours.
