By accessing any part of the website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions, then please do not proceed.
Morphia Jewelery reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes. Please check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes
1 —MATERIALS
All pieces are in 925 Silver. Its color is not related to a change in material but to the finish, which can be gilded with a 24-carat gold bath or oxidized. In each article you will find detailed information about the material and finishes that make it up.
2 — WARRANTY
In accordance with Portuguese legislation, all parts have a two-year warranty. The warranty does not cover the natural oxidation of Silver or the elimination of the Gold plating, as well as signs of use, passage of time, or visible marks of improper use.
3 — REPAIRS
They must be requested via email morphiajewellery@gmail.com indicating the name of the piece, following which all instructions for carrying out the repair will be provided.
4 — EXCHANGES
After the date of purchase and within 14 days you can exchange it for another item of equal or greater value, upon presentation of the invoice. To do this, you must contact us via email at morphiajewellery@gmail.com, which will inform you within 24 hours of the steps to follow.
Exchanges are only approved when they involve unused parts, in their respective box and with the corresponding purchase invoice.
5 — RIGHT TO FREE RESOLUTION
Under the terms of Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, applicable to contracts concluded remotely, you have 14 days, counting from the date of the contract's conclusion, to exercise the right of Free Termination, without indicating a reason .
The Resolution decision must be communicated by email to morphiajewellery@gmail.com accompanied by the buyer's details (Name, Address, Name of the Piece and respective date of purchase).
If you cancel your subscription within the period indicated above, all payments you have made will be returned to you in the same way you made them, no later than 14 days after we received your communication.
In the event of a dispute, the consumer can resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution Entity:

6 — RETURNS
We do not accept returns.
7 — CERTIFICATION AND AUTHENTICITY
All products are made with precious materials legally marked and certified by INCM
The application of legal marks that verify the permilage of metal contained in a piece is only mandatory on silver pieces that exceed 2g in weight or 0.5g in the case of gold.

If in doubt about the authenticity of the pieces, use the services of Assay Offices to verify the authenticity of the material.

8 — PRECIOUS METAL QUOTES
Through the Banco de Portugal website bportugal.pt/taxas-cambio you can access and monitor the daily values of gold, silver, platinum and palladium prices.
9 — PRICES
The brand reserves the right to change the price of jewelry without prior notice.
10 — PERSONAL INFORMATION
The submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
11 — APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.
